Please notify us immediately of any change in your mailing address. Be sure the notice:
- Is in writing
- Includes your owner number
- Specifies your old address and new address
- Contains the last four (4) digits of your social security number or tax identification number
- is signed by you or your appointed agent

Revenue payments are disbursed at the end of each month, typically between the 25th and the 31st. Please allow at least 20 days before calling to inquire if checks were sent.
The most common reason is that your account has not reach the minimum threshold stipulated in your lease or by applicable state law.
By default, your minimum balance must reach $100 before payment is disbursed.
Your account may be in suspense for one or more of the following reasons:
- Title requirement
- Address Unknown
- Uncashed revenue check
- Revenue accrued has not met the minimum threshold
- We do not have a signed W-9 and/or Division Order from you (applicable to certain States)
Following a well’s first production, revenue will be issued within the state’s applicable statutory period, assuming none of the above apply.
Numerous factors influence payment amounts each month, including:
- Fluctuation in prices and volumes sold
- Natural production declines as the well ages
- Temporary mechanical issues and operating changes

Transfers are processed in the order in which they are received. To expedite the process, be sure to include a completed W-9 form for any new owners.
Please allow up to 45 days for us to process the necessary changes. Upon completion, TRP will issue an amended Division Order.
TRP Energy LLC is offering an electronic funds transfer (EFT) option for its interest owners. This service is provided for your convenience at no cost. To enroll, please click on the link below which will direct you to EnergyLink. EFT payments are only available for accounts drawn within the United States.
Once you register with EnergyLink, you will be able to sign up for EFT and see your check detail statements automatically under your login. If you have never used EnergyLink, follow these steps to register:

You will need your owner number and recent payment information to complete registration.

1099’s will be mailed each year by January 31st. If January 31st falls on a weekend, they may be issued on the first business day thereafter. Please allow fifteen (15) days for delivery before calling to inquire on the whereabouts of your 1099.
